Greens and Mango Smoothie

12g protein

If you don’t like spinach, do not run away from this recipe! Cutting the flavor of spinach with Mango and Passion Fruit Juice or White Grape Peach Juice makes this smoothie delicious and nutritious. Spinach contains many vitamins that support heart, eye, bone, immune, and skin health. Additionally, it is a great source of fiber which helps you grow healthy gut bacteria and prevent constipation. This is super easy to make and is great option for those days you are running behind.

Fruit:

Frozen fruit makes for better consistency in smoothies. I recommend keeping frozen strawberries, mango, and pineapple pieces regularly. Cutting bananas and placing into a freezer bag occasionally is also something I recommend for convenient access to making yourself a delicious smoothie.

Yogurt:

Greek yogurt adds some extra flavor and better consistency in smoothies, but a plain yogurt works great as well. Greek yogurt is around 3x higher in protein content than a plain yogurt, so adding Greek yogurt can help you feel fuller and have a good morning protein boost.
